Building management

Technical support services
We can provide a 24-hour coverage for failures and damages, on-call service even on holidays or night hours for shared systems and/or for tenant installations. Energy Upgrade for Buildings

The Energy Upgrade is the set of interventions in a building in order to achieve a reduction in energy requirements. Operations include interventions at the shell and building systems, of residential buildings, offices, business premises with a view to saving energy, heating, cooling and electricity. We offer surveying and energy studies according to customer needs and / or the building in order to achieve the most effective energy saving solution and reducing resource consumption of a building. Experienced Engineers adapt new energy technologies to enhance the specific needs of your building and propose cost-effective solution, operations based mainly on your interests and faster return on investment. This way the customer knows in advance the total investment cost, payback time and the long term from which enjoy profits. We offer consulting services for the inclusion of your property in "Energy Saving program for homes" in order to enjoy a subsidy of up to 70% of the investment in energy upgrade. Whatever your needs are, we can provide the appropriate technology solutions in conjunction with the specific requirements of the property and the available budget in order to improve your living conditions and in terms of comfort but in terms of economics as well. Interventions Shell The largest energy consumption in residential buildings is sequentially for heating, cooling, domestic hot water and lighting. The Greek buildings built before 1980 have no shell insulation, while those built after are poorly thermally insulated. In conjunction with the increase in the fuel prices, the energy intervention is required in order to maintain the quality of a decent living. Indicative: Thermal insulation / waterproofing of the terrace itself can reduce the energy requirements of a house up to 50% depending on its exposure. This is followed by the thermal insulation of the rest of the shell and finally the replacement of the frames, windows and doors in order to achieve full energy armor of the building. With such interventions over the saving in fuel consumption and electricity, living is upgraded within the building while reducing problems like humidity and mold on windows, exposed walls, ceilings etc. Heating & Hot-Water Upgrading heating systems does not necessarily mean replacing old systems with new ones. The use of energy-efficient fireplaces, heat pumps, solar systems or targeted interventions at old boilers and burners, switching to different forms of fuel, could result in viable solutions that could significantly reduce the carbon footprint of a building and simultaneously alleviate the residents / tenants / owners / professionals from a large part of their costs relating to fuel consumption. Cooling Replacing old air-conditioning systems or interventions in existing installations can improve the cooling conditions and save a considerable amount of consumed energy and money. Indicative: Insulating exposed pipes and equipment of cooling units Replace old units with low temperature systems (Fan Coils) for alternating operation between cooling and heating. Installing air / air conditioning system or air / water geothermal systems etc.

Safety Officer

Provision of protection and prevention services in health and safety issues of the company’s personnel of all kinds, in offices, stores, construction sites, factories, public gathering places and other premises.
The existence of Safety Engineer is now mandatory in all premises where employed staff works, such as offices, gas stations, production plants, construction sites, shops etc. Engineers with experience in health and safety services, provide Safety Officers services for all kinds of facilities.

Permits Issuance

Experienced personnel in licensing issuance, in close cooperation with urban planning, districts, municipalities and other entities can offer and accomplish all licensing tasks: such as planning permission, legitimization of arbitrary spaces and constructions, sanitary shops and facilities licensing, energy certificates and electricity certificates.

Planning Permissions and Work Permits

• Consumption of fuels (oil, gas, etc.), energy, power, water etc. in buildings with central heating or with separate heating systems
• Rate for leaning & disinfection costs
